Lizards and Us

My wife told me something really cool, namely that lizards hydrate by absorbing moisture from the atmosphere through their skin.  The presence of nourishment for lizards that is all around them is like the universe’s healing energies or Creator’s light that is all around us.  These energies and light are there for us to absorb at all times.  How do we access them?  We extend ourselves by being of service to others.  Giving of ourselves in this way creates space in us for the healing energies and light to enter us.
